目的 分析Cochrane 系統評價數據庫（CDSR）收錄的針灸文獻資源。
方法 通過計算機檢索2008 年CDSR 收錄的針灸文獻，根據納入與排除標準選擇文獻，并按照時間、生產者、研究內容和研究結論四方面進行歸納分析。
結果 共檢索到82 篇文獻，經逐篇查閱，最終納入針灸相關的系統評價67 篇。在CDSR 中，國內外針灸文獻數量整體呈現逐年增長趨勢，國內增長幅度較國外大。針灸治療疾病譜日益廣泛，但以神經系統疾病和疼痛類疾病居多；31 篇全文中，有確切證據支持針灸治療有效的文獻8 篇（占25.8%），當前證據尚不行能充分確定針灸療效的文獻22 篇（占71.0%），僅1 篇為當前證據不支持針灸治療有效。
